Mid-Efficient Boiler Maintenance
Once a year or at start-up, your boiler should be looked at and checked to make sure your system is operating efficiently and safely. During this comprehensive inspection, we will:
- Inspect expansion tank
- Inspect water feed valve
- Check for water leaks
- Measure and record boiler pressure and temperature
- Check aquastat
- Remove and clean burners
- Check heat exchanger condition
- Inspect and oil circulation pumps
- Ensure operation levels meet manufacturers specifications
- Test zone valves
- Complete gas leak check and carbon monoxide safety inspection
High-Efficient Boiler Maintenance
In addition to the above, a high-efficient boiler needs a few more to-do’s on a maintenance, this includes:
- Clean and flush the heat exchanger
- Check neutralizer rock condition
- Clean and check ignition assembly
- Check and update software (if applicable)
Because of the extra service required on a high-efficient boiler, we charge $200 – which is lower than our competitors guaranteed!
